Increased average number of new payroll accounts to 40 per year
Generated new leads channel for Jefferson Training courses using content marketing and SEO - 10 to 15 inbound leads a week
Ultimately replaced lost revenue as a result of our biggest customer at the time moving payroll to the UK (worth 400K pa - 17% T/O) during my time in this position.
