For over 15 years, attorney Marc Rovner has served as general counsel and director of business development for BETA Abstract, LLC.
Beta is a a full-service title company, where Rovner maintains six offices in New York, New Jersey, Florida and Connecticut. As senior staff attorney for this multimillion-dollar firm, he manages the legal departments across all of its territories.
In recognition of his achievements in these roles, Marc Rovner won the 2007 Commonwealth Title Insurance Company Client Service Award for Excellence in Client Services and the 2013 Stewart Title Insurance Company Foundation of Excellence Award for Outstanding Performance in Claims Prevention.
In tandem with his legal career, Rovner engages in a variety of philanthropic efforts. Following Superstorm Sandy, he participated in relief efforts by delivering meals to those affected by the hurricane and contributing to fundraisers. These activities earned him a Boston University Alumni Award for Pro Bono Assistance and a Five Towns Community Chest Award for Community Service.
In addition, Rovner is a part of Puppy Love Pet Rescue, he found homes for more than 100 puppies that were adopted from shelters. Further, by volunteering with Children's Rights Council, he helps children and families going through divorce, death, and other serious issues; in 2004, the group gave him its Man of the Year Award.
Rovner was most recently rewarded the Client Champion Platinum Distinction of 2021 award. He was also given this reward in 2020 for both the Martindale-Hubbell Client Champion Gold and Platinum awards.
