Organizing talent talks between Business Unit HR of each sector to ensure dialogue and exchange of best practices on human resources.
Preparing mappings of fonctions (Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Public Institutions...) to be delivered to every employee for them to know better their career path within J&J.
