The CEFE (Business Creation and Entrepreneurship Training) training uses a personalized approach, based on action learning and where participants:
evaluate their own personalities, abilities and resources, choose for themselves the project they will undertake, and determine if personal achievements (qualifications, skills, resources) match the project requirements.
The participants themselves gather the information necessary to assess the feasibility of their project and prepare their business plan that they will have to defend personally before the bankers.
They will finally start their project after the training, possibly with support during the start-up phase and permanent contact with the CEFE family.
