Submit the shipping Document for each Shipment and getting all the related approvals till send to port. Getting all the Special Approvals (INIS, Ministry of Environment, Radioactive Dep.,CMC) and following it Up.

Coordinate with the project concerned persons, in Ministry of Electricity and GPPP and other sub- directorates.
Following up custom procedure
Following up Entry and Exit Visa for STX staff in coordination with MoE public relation dept.
Accompany delegation to sites, and coordinate their trips.
Arrange and coordinate any police convoy.
Coordinate with the All Designing Directories (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical,etc...)
