working with Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co. as Logistics coordinator for Karbala Refinery Project My Duties are:-
Following up custom procedures Starting from Shipping Until the process of customs clearance. Following up All types of pro-forma Invoice. Submit the shipping Document for each Shipment and getting all the related approvals till send to port. Getting all the Special Approvals (INIS, Ministry of Environment, Radioactive Dep.,CMC) and following it Up.
Reads press and periodicals for items of interest to officers concerned and provides information gathering, research, reporting and related services of moderate scope and difficulty in the field of economic/commercial reporting.
Monitor economic developments with an emphasis on the energy (oil, gas, and electricity) and transportation (sea, air, and land) sectors, gathers information and conducts research through contacts and open sources. Informs supervisor and team members of upcoming issues and events of relevance in the sector including legislation, regulatory changes, and significant private and public sectors activity.
Meeting high officials in, Ministry of Oil and Ministry of Electricity regularly, to discuss all the possibilities to promote and develop STX business in Iraq.
Prepare STX events, Opening Ceremonies, meetings, conferences and others.
Pro-actively identify & develop profitable new opportunities for STX.
Managing the Sales / Business Development process.
Obtaining project information from various resources.
Prepare tenders, and follow-up with concerned entities.
