Lead the discussion with Ericsson to successfully introduce the small cells on the UPL amendment contract based on the study of the performance trials for DOT on Redsea mall.
Lead the trial between the design, optimization, and Ericsson to introduce the U900 layer in Jeddah, accordingly, lead the implementation the 840 sites on Jeddah, Taif and Baha at U900 phase 1 with budget +100M.
lead the team to digitalize the submission of TSSR
Lead the team to manage the last 4 years of Hajj project for introduce the 3G network on Meshare area with budget SAR 60M+ and successfully deliver the project with tight time plan.
