Personally responsible for the marketing performance of 30 retail stores in central Portugal (including Lisbon area)
Upgrading the existing marketing plan and implementing new marketing projects at stores
Defining and introducing strategic plans for crisis stores, new competition openings and communityengagement
Execution of overall marketing strategy & local implementation and results assessment
Working in cross-functional team with central marketing, pricing, logistics, suppliers, shop floor management, etc.
Realizing demanding team and individual projects across varied areas of retail and wholesale businesses
Market research, critical analysis of results and preparation and delivery (in Portuguese) of board pitches on strategy and competitive development of given aspects of the retail business
Acquiring knowledge of the Food Distribution market, its suppliers, customers and consumers
