I had the opportunity to shadow Senior Executives at Johnson & Johnson Worldwide Headquarters in New Jersey in September 2016, to experience first hand their daily work.
I first went to Supply Chain Management Headquarters in Bridgewater, New Jersey. There, I attended numerous conference calls and meetings with Managers and Directors.
Then, I shadowed one of the Franchise Project Managers. I participated in several meetings. I also conducted one-on-one interviews with Brand Managers, Supply Chain Planners and Analysts during my time there.
Scout since 2002 & Scout Leader for 4 years. Scouting embodies values such as sharing, trust, solidarity and doing your best. I grew up surrounded by this mentality and I did my best to continue sharing these values with my scouts.
