Engaged in market survey and collected more than 8,000 living cost data of cities in Southern China, including catering industry, real estate industry and beauty industry
Classified data from more than 80 cities in China, and supported team members to format dataset for further model building
Generated real estate data 5 to 10km away from Poly’s new housing project from China Real Estate Information System, including land price, housing price and trading volume, and conducted competitive analysis
Did onsite visit and market research to record surrounding environment condition of three new housing projects such as transportation and landscape
Facilitated inter-departmental communication to collect materials for drafting initiating reports of three new projects in Guangzhou
Developed estimation tables including project cost, sensitivity analysis, interest payment and profit estimation
Assisted in transnational cooperation project in terms of an industrial park by brainstorming for new ideas, translating documents, summarizing previous cases and studying the BOT mode
