Coordinate day-to-date marketing activities, e.g contracts, business cards, proposals and etc.
Manage company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
Maintain the firm’s local website to ensure information is current and accessible
Write and distribute press releases within local website, social media and relevant news channels
Organize and coordinate external events and seminars
Coordinate the production and delivery of agreed deliverables within timelines and budget e.g. presents for clients on holidays
Owning, scheduling and writing the recaps for monthly marketing meetings
