Conducted together with the A&M team S&OP from a bottom-top perspective highlighting each store demand and inventory requirements
Coordinated together with A&M team supply chain management in order to achieve such requirements
Constructed and kept updating inventory aging and turnover ratios in order to track SCM & Logistics efficiency
