Project manager for multiple and concurrent NAVISION projects (implementation, upgrade, and integration) across various industries (manufacturing, retail, supply chain). - Key Responsibilities
• Delivering `cradle to grave` project management within strict time and budget limits, following Sure Step methodology
• Managing and engaging key stakeholders, to ascertain requirements and ensure all parties are effectively informed of project details and technical aspects, including risks, opportunities, and quality of the delivery
• Developing agreed project plans and customising approach to organisational needs - translating solutions and information to be understood by a wider audience
