  • Outline
    Engaged in a Change management and supply chain re-implementation project for multiple countries (Tunisia -China) with the selected bespoke technology- (process manufacturing- electronic components), working remotely with occasional travelling to the locations.
  • Key Responsibilities
    ● Change management project: assessment and design of the change strategy for the single organisations /locations to assure that changes related to operations and the bespoke software can meet the Board’s benefits expected from the change, coaching and supporting Managers and GMs during the transformational project, (6 managers/supervisors for each Company).
    ● Assessment of the supply chain processes (Procurement, Supply Chain, R&D, Technical Department, WHM, MES) making cost-effective proposals for the changes and improvements
    ● Developing strategies to optimise the duration of the whole process, including inter-company processes
    ● Design and managing the reimplementation of the supply chain system across companies and subsidiaries, defining high-level scope, plan, risk evaluation and implementation approach
  • Deliverables
    ● Assessment, recommendations and improvement plan for supply chain and inter-company processes
    ● Change management plan for each organisation, including training strategy and plan
    ● Blueprint for the implementation strategy, plan and High-level SOW
