    Project Manager in the implementation of a Corporate ERP system multisite and multi-country, (including UK parent company, Norway and Singapore subsidiaries)
  • Key Responsibilities
    • Analysing and detailing project scope – working directly with the general manager and all key stakeholders to determine the business requirements for the ERP and CRM systems to maximise productivity and profits – responsible additionally for Software and vendor selection
  • • Developing and implementing Corporate ERP solution in the other subsidiaries, sharing parent company’s policy and procedures
  • • Designing and implementing Corporate CRM solution (UK, Norway, Singapore) to optimise leads, opportunities and marketing activities in the decommissioning industry around the world - integrating RFQ and proposals with Sales and Finance ERP processes
  • • Full-cycle Project Management: for both the supplier and key staff, to ensure the project was achieved within budget and timelines, reporting to GM and Board.

    • Successful Implementation of a corporate ERP solution, for two countries, improving processes with efficiency’s service recovery of 10%, stock levels reduction of 7%, standardising processes and working methodologies across the group, including the sales and marketing work streams across the globe).
