A principal consultant serving the financial services, banking, and insurance industry, Luai Bashir provides cross-program strategies for national and international clients from his base in Minnesota. With more than 16 years of experience, Luai Bashir has overseen 12 end-to-end ServiceNow rollouts. As a certified Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) life cycle specialist, he has helped companies align Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) with diverse business goals.
Among his responsibilities in the position, Luai Bashir leads a team of ServiceNow consultants and establishes best practices for process engineering using ITSM. His experience includes popular modules within ServiceNow, such as the ITAM, ITOM, and ITBM modules. For instance, within the ITOM module, he works with Cloud Management, Business Service Mapping, CMDB, Discovery, and other applications.
