During the first part of this internship I was part of a team responsible for creating a marketing strategy to recruit host families. This included analysing data from previous years as well as physical marketing, telemarketing and digital marketing.
During the latter part, I worked in customer service, where I helped students solve various problems and issues that occurred and contributed to customer satisfaction.
I was also responsible for planning all transfers for incoming and outgoing students.
