My responsibilities included conducting research on corporate sustainability performance from an investor perspective and analysing trends and data input.
I prepared presentations of data analysis for the purpose of having a dialogue with investors and portfolio managers regarding their integration of environmental, social and governance aspects.

Cognoscere Consulting is a postgraduate student-led management consultancy at the London School of Economics.
Cognoscere specialises in pro-bono strategy consulting services for not-for-profits and social organisations in the UK and globally.
My role as one of the consultants was to conduct research and analysis on the case and communicate and give advice to our client.

My responsibilities included problem solving for customers on language courses and also communicating with course leaders, customers and other offices around the world.
I was also actively contributed to the entire sales process from establishing contact with potential customers via different marketing channels (physical, telemarketing and digital marketing) through to purchase.

As part of the EF LT (Language Travel) team in Malta, my responsibilities included recruitment of activity leaders, management of their schedules, evaluation of their performance and I was their main point of contact during their contracts.
I also contributed to the planning and completion of events and activities as well as stepped in as a leader for students when needed.

I worked with the EF ILS (International Language Studies) program as part of the Dublin team.
During the first part of this internship I was part of a team responsible for creating a marketing strategy to recruit host families. This included analysing data from previous years as well as physical marketing, telemarketing and digital marketing.
During the latter part, I worked in customer service, where I helped students solve various problems and issues that occurred and contributed to customer satisfaction.
I was also responsible for planning all transfers for incoming and outgoing students.

During the annual political week in Sweden, I wrote and published reports and articles from seminars, held by politicians and practitioners, related to sustainable development.

My responsibilities included implementing a pilot project, which aimed at introducing social media and technology in rural areas in Myanmar.
I conducted workshops and trainings for community representatives as well as conducted monitoring and evaluation of the project.
Aside, I also offered English classes to other staff members.
