Throughout his career as president and CEO of a diverse range of companies, he has pursued strategies of internal growth and aggressive external growth through acquisitions. Louis Paolino presently focuses on private investments.
A graduate of Drexel University with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Louis Paolino began restoring contaminated soil in Philadelphia through his business Soil Remediation, Inc. After three years, he sold the business to USA Waste Services and became the regional vice president for the waste management company, overseeing operations on the East Coast and managing acquisitions.
Louis Paolino Jr. went on to become CEO of Eastern Environmental Services in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. There, he increased revenues and helped the company become the industry's fifth-largest provider of waste services. Subsequently, he joined Mace Security International, serving as chairman of the board, president, and CEO. He spearheaded substantial company growth at Mace.
