Develop the project cost control strategy, plans and procedures
Adhere to the segment financial, business and project processes
Participate in the development of estimates and studies within a project stage and for sanction
Implement and monitor costs within each project stage and for entire project until completion or close-out
Review and audit contractor cost control procedures and practices
Coordinate and develop project annual-spend projections, cost reconciliations and variance analysis
Monitor the change orders and update of the follow up file on weekly basis ,with multiple meeting with both sub-contractors and client.
Supervision of the procurement process till finale delivery of materials and services.
Preparation and approval of purchase order in accordance with the project budget .
Posting the invoices / entries in SAP
Passing all approved invoices to treasury unit for processing the payment .
