Results: My leadership training courses got great evaluations: 5 - 4,7 - 4,9 - 4,4 out of 5. Successful leadership transitions based on Hogan test and leadership coaching. The implementation of the 360 degrees programme was well implemented and used at CEO level to consider transitions.
