An accomplished athlete and educational administrator, Lori Manning is a master of business administration student at Western Governors University who recently completed a two-year term as executive director of ZES Educational Services, a low-cost after-school program for students enrolled at High Point Academy (HPA) Fort Worth. Prior to managing operations for ZES, Lori Manning served as CEO and superintendent of HPA and was responsible for growing the charter school’s student base from 409 to 1,153.
From 2008 to 2011, Lori Manning served as principal of Pinnacle Academy of Fine Arts (PAFA) and helped the school earn TEA Gold Seal status in each year. She began her career in education in 2003 as a science teacher at PAFA. Prior to that, she had a distinguished career as a softball coach, including stints as head coach of North Greenville University and Anderson University as well as a community coach with the Shawnee Softball Association.
Ms. Manning is an alumnus of Oklahoma Baptist University, where she earned bachelor's degrees in anatomy and physiology as well as family psychology. The former softball player was also the school's Female Athlete of the Year in 1995.
