- Design a complete Cloud Architecture for the company and implement a well-architecture on Azure following best practices with patterns such as Landing Zone and network Hub & Spokes/Mesh topologies, ZeroTrust ACL/RBAC management.
- Management and supervision of +35 AKS (Azure Kubernetes Clusters) across multiple regions, with +99,95% SLA over all in addition of multiple other Cloud business unit
- Hiring and management of 8 Cloud engineers/DevSecOps + support of +150 IT/BIO engineers around the world - setup a WayWeWork strategy and organisation for the team and shared across other departments
- Design and implementation of a complete observability stack based on ELK, Grafana/Prometheus/Loki/Tempo/Uptime Kuma... at multiple stages (VM, AKS, Backend/Frontend)
- Management and responsible for the BIG 5: Kubernetes, Gitlab, Artifactory, Mesos and Kafka composing all company internal tools used at IT level.
- Support and assistance of all engineering teams to set a secure and performant CI/CD chain (Gitlab/Argo) following templates, compliance and legal constraints.
- Performing vulnerabilities containment and patching continuously, Support and involvement in operation of ZeroTrust solution
- Leading partnership with Microsoft/Azure and in charge of SOW (Statement of Work) with all our partners.
- Cloud cost management and optimisation.
- Design, Implementation and Governance of Cloud policies for cost control, security and performances.
- Designing and performing a complete automated operating model for AKS based on configuration management and reporting.
