- Design and migration to a Data Lake architecture in order to move our tech departmemnt towards a Data Driven strategy.

- Taking part of security breaches containment and patches across all tech department.
- Design and implementation of a governance layer of apis and microservices - API Management / APM
- Collaborating on definition of the information system master plan with the business teams, architectures and operations management.
- Design and migration of our self hosted middleware systems to the Azure Cloud.
- Design and development of private mobile applications (smartphones, kiosks, tablets) for our stores (b2b) and our final customers (b2c).
- Design and Implementation of a complete continuous integration chain (mobile, microservices, docker, node) through complete software factory (CI/CD)
- Leading technical collaboration with Google For Work and Airwatch to manage our mobile fleets under AFW (Android For Work)
- Study, design and implementation of a modular front-end architecture through the Angular 5/6 Framework.

- Software Architect at Cultura since 2015 my mission is to ensure the design, quality, stability, performance and evolution of our tech department at all levels.
My job leads me to design software architectures of today and tomorrow as presented in the list of my projects. Involve in the entire production chain, from design to production and implementation. - Leading a midlleware development team internally and externally. Also in charge of the technical management of external companies (CDS), research and validation of technological solutions adopted by the company.
