A former captain in the United States Navy, Lloyd LeCain went on to instruct students at the Naval Readiness Center in Ventura, California. To recognize his exceptional educational contributions, the center recently dedicated a classroom in his honor. Lloyd LeCain holds active memberships in the United States Naval Institute, the Association of the United States Navy, the Surface Navy Association, and the Navy Submarine League. Prior to April 2012, he served as president of the Reserve Officers Association, Department of California. In addition to the extensive experience in construction, logistics, and shipping he gained during his naval career, Lloyd LeCain earned a bachelor of science in marine transportation from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
Mr. LeCain is presently employed as the chief executive officer of Executive Concepts, a Washington, D.C.-based military contractor that specializes in out-of-country (OUTCONUS) construction projects. Outside of the professional environment, he is an avid dog lover and electronics aficionado.
