Project Based Internship aimed at improving a particular area of one of the UK Fulfillment Centers
Main responsibilities:
Diving deep into data, mapping processes and problems, identifying root causes
Interacting with highly efficient managers, technology development teams and front line associates to investigate possible solutions to the most complex business and operational challenges
Developing and testing potential solutions and implementing the best one(s)
Presenting the results of the project on a monthly basis to senior managers and discussing about next steps
Attending corporate meetings and calls with other Fulfillment Centers around the UK to share best practices
Assisting the professor in curricular classes (Excel and VBA) and in ICT extracurricular courses (e.g. Introduction to Java, Project Management with Office, Introduction to Stata)
Helping students solving Excel and VBA exercises during session specifically organized for the final exam preparation
Performing quality checks on the ICT materials (e.g. exam papers, book drafts)
