Drawing upon more than 25 years of business leadership experience with an emphasis on improving operational efficiencies through technical expertise and personnel development, Lisa Lemans is the founder and CEO of Michigan-based Cast Off, LLC. Before managing the luxury brands distribution company, Lisa Lemans served as Director of Training and Ddevelopment at PCMI Services, where she provided technology-related staffing services to clients in the education sector. Among other accomplishments with the company, she developed and implemented training programs used by over 10,000 substitute teachers.
Lisa Lemans spent the majority of her career as Vice President of PMP, Inc., where she contributed to the success of startup companies intersecting education and technology. She joined the company in 1992 as a physician recruiter and later worked as a staffing specialist before earning executive status in 1995.
A summa cum laude graduate of Lawrence Technological University, Ms. Lemans earned an MBA from the school and was a member of Sigma Beta Delta, an international business honor society. In her free time she enjoys gardening as well as fixing mechanical things and completing carpentry projects.
