As a true ambassador for all the Logista France Group's entities, my main mission is to build and implement strong communications strategies (both internal and external). My ambition, as a Group Communication Manager, is to create acceptance around the Group strategy while giving visibility, sharing knowledge and experiences. All that aiming at strengthening employees commitment and sense of belonging.
Internal Communication
Define and implement the Internal & Managerial communication strategy
Develop and design communication supports (Newsletter, Business News, etc.)
Support project teams in defining and implementing their communication strategy
Support HR teams (Recruitment, Employer Branding, Training, EH&S, etc.) in the deployment of their projects
Organize internal events (annual convention, seminars, plenary sessions, etc.)
Lead and update the Group intranet
External Communication
Define and implement the External Communication strategy
