  • Sovar works in synergy with researchers in order to properly identify commercial applications for their discoveries, define the steps needed to demonstrate technical and commercial viability, determine the financial needs and help raise the required funding for the project. SOVAR works in close collaboration with researchers all along the project. At the end of the process, SOVAR manages the technology transfers to existing or spin-off companies.

  • BioVelia is a privatly held start-up providing active delivery systems for the middle and premium nutraceutical and food supplement. The technologies developed from food polymers are adapted to the unmet needs of designers and marketers of nutraceutical products/food supplements. As VP Business development I helped Biovelia to raise funds (Programme d'appui à l'innovation (volet 1) — Soutien aux entreprises technologiques en démarrage) and private investment.
