worked on implementing SAP success-factor, where I was handling the LMS (Learning management system) module as LMS Admin; creating NAFFCO on-boarding trainings using content creation software and cooperating with specialist institutes to provide the proper trainings for the employees, collecting employees data and their needs to provide them the best technical, soft-skills, business, CAD... trainings. As well as worked on coordinating and teaching technical trainings. Also responsible about NAFFCO interns and NAFFCO events and activites.
Maintenance Center Spent time at the assembly/ disassembly Machines, Marine and Gen-set engines, Engine Test Cell (DYNO testing) Fuel injection rebuilt section (FIR), full information about the engine systems, inspection team and general repair team. My work with inspection team required to prepare report for the entire machine.
