Costs management of construction processes is vital throughout the life cycle. This requires a good understanding of the commercial aspects of development and construction, and the environment in which these operate.
On this course I address projects from the perspectives of both demand and supply, and focus on the procurement and financial control of construction projects.
In addition to RICS accreditation and a Masters qualification, I will also gain many lifelong managerial and professional career skills.
Studied a wide range of modules including Business Strategy, Contemporary Economic Policy, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, Geography of Money and Finance and Economic Geography all of which required detailed written and data analysis.
Achieved a score of 75 for 3rd year dissertation on Disease in Manchester, resulting in the dissertation being submitted for the Undergraduate Dissertation Prize from the International Journal of Health and Place.
