Duties included the use of various software systems to update/maintain and create new customer records, involving solving complex mathematical problems and daily use of MS Word and Excel. Also gained comprehensive experience of outbound telephone queries.

Two years of active, consistent work enabled me to develop management skills as well as helping me develop a strict working routine. The enthusiasm I showed enabled me to gain more responsibility when I was offered the chance to be promoted to a higher level of refereeing.
Responsibilities included time-keeping, developing communicational and interpersonal skills as well as taking charge of several groups of young sportsmen. The experience significantly improved my knowledge of the game.
