  • Ensure that all controlled Quality Documents/Procedures and Technical Documents/Procedures related to the Project are maintained to the latest issue, and made it available in company server where everyone that effective functioning of the Quality Management System are performed can access all the procedures.
  • Reporting to the Project Manager.
  • Verify that only the last revision drawings, procedure and Technical Query, etc. are distributed to all locations and involved parties concerned including sub contractors.
  • Ensure that all obsolete documents shall be withdrawn and stamped ‘Superseded’ if retained for record purposes.
  • Maintain project drawing/documents distribution record.
  • Control & maintain the system for issuance recording/filling, tracking, retrieval of documents like procedures, plans, specifications, drawings and related documents.
  • Responsibilities include record keeping, all documents (such as specification procedures, inspection schedule and records, surveillance report, inspection release notice and all quality procedure, NDT Procedure and Technical Procedure) with numbering system recording to project filing procedure.
  • Handling of all engineering documents and controlling all records and sub-contractors documents.
  • Ensure to update various documentation register or log register to the latest status so that all documents can easily keep in track.
  • Maintaining all correspondence and other transmittal from the Clients and other contractor/supplier/vendors etc in a systematic way to facilitate an easy reference at all time.
  • Well aware of all types of quality documents like ITP (Inspection and Test Plan), Checklist, RFI (Request For Inspection), method statements, NCR (Non Conformance Report), TQ (Technical Queries), Inspection Package, Material Request, Technical Approval Request, Calibration Machine Certificate and Record, Hydro Test Packages and other miscellaneous project contract documents.
  • Raise PR (Purchase Requisition) based on what need in the Project or based on Project Manager's instruction
  • Ensure to raise NOI (Notification of Inspection) to the Client for every inspection that will be held.
  • Preparing the MRB (Manufacturing Records Book) that impact to invoicing
  • Ensure that all controlled Quality Documents relates to the Project are maintained to the latest issue, and that these documents are made available at all locations where operations essential to the effective functioning of the Quality Management System are performed.
  • Reports to the Project QA/QC Manager.

  • Submitting technical documents for review and approval.
