  • My duties among others were to handle all aspects of Market research,marketing activities as well as developing initiatives,to ensure that the Television’s audiences and key publics are aware of new programmes, products and advertising opportunities that are offered and available.
  • Managing the reputation of the Television station by ensuring that we are on good relations with other media houses, audiences and more especially the clients that advertise their products and services with the Television station.
  • Daily information updates of our programmes and other information of interest and relevance on all our social media pages and network accounts to ensure that we remain interactive and connected to our audiences, which is the best way to get first hand feedback on compliments, suggestions and complaints regarding our programming.
  • Organising of a trade exchange of services between the Television station and potential partners, to increase business sales for the station as well as increase the station’s foot print.
  • Sourcing of sponsorships and taking the brand to the public through various Mall activations, and exhibitions, which assured us of great feedback from the community, and face to face interaction with the public in regards to the stations progress.
  • Producing of content for local lifestyle shows,to increase viewership
  • Organising team-building activities for Staff, because the more the staff is motivated to work, the more productive and creative they will be at the work they produce.
