My responsibility was to frequently engage with students of various ages from across Asia and some parts of Europe through teaching them basic,intermediate and professional English online.
My duties among others were to handle all aspects of Market research,marketing activities as well as developing initiatives,to ensure that the Television’s audiences and key publics are aware of new programmes, products and advertising opportunities that are offered and available.
Managing the reputation of the Television station by ensuring that we are on good relations with other media houses, audiences and more especially the clients that advertise their products and services with the Television station.

Creating Promotional materials, to educate the public on the various services offered at the Department of Road Transport & safety.
Quarterly reviews of staff performance, to ensure that staff members are up to date with what is required from them to drive the success of the department and to support its mandate and initiatives.
Strategic management, and balance scorecard development of the performance based reward system.
Reviewing of the Road Transport Act, to evaluate if the laws and regulations which were developed when the department was born remain relevant to date.
Creating survey materials which included questionnaires, to organise feedback received from the public and clients in regards to the department’s services in order to develop and improve the facilities and skills offered, to suit the client’s needs.
