As principal and co-founder of Peralta Garcia Solutions, Leticia Peralta helps nonprofit organizations and government entities to achieve financial health and optimize managerial processes. She leads the firm in offering a variety of advisory services, including capital debt structuring and the development of viable capital and operational plans. Experienced in both the tax-exempt and taxable markets, Leticia Peralta advises on financing opportunities and public-private partnerships that fund the work of public service groups.
Active in her community on a personal level as well, Leticia Peralta works closely with the Michael A. DeStefano Foundation, which advocates for the needs and interests of persons with traumatic brain injury. She received a mayoral appointment to chair the Finance and Audit Committee of the Chicago Housing Authority, where she played a pivotal role in the development of the Plan for Transformation and its associated public-private housing developments. Also involved in speaking out against inequality in the workplace, she has received Woman of the Year awards from both the Anti-Defamation League and the Coalition for United Community Action.
