Some of my greatest strengths are problem solving and strategic planning. I have the ability to see a situation from different perspectives and accomplish tasks even in the face of difficult obstacles. Many of my presentation, communication and mediation courses helped me develop exceptional communication skills. It is natural for me to align myself strategically with the organization’s mission and values, while serving the clients in the best manner possible. I break down every sale or an alternative channel of distribution to see why specifically it was successful so I can replicate it in the future. After being in charge of so many subordinates, I learned that my time is no longer solely mine. My job is not to protect it, but rather to give it away to those under my care so the company advances forward as a whole.
