About Me
Living abroad my entire life in places like France, Spain, China, Indonesia, Belgium and the Netherlands has taught me various lessons, one of which consist in the fact that with change comes adversity and challenge; yet your capability of turning them into valuable assets is inestimable.

Currently a CEMS MIM student in International Management at Nova SBE & Rotterdam SM and also a millennial, I see the importance of having not only a more connected world, but rather a better connected one.

An international experience (which is not only travelling even though it is still the best part of it) along with curiosity and solid communications skills are crucial management pillars to build bridges between multicultural teams in order to achieve greater outcomes in a world progressively tending to a greater and wider globalization.

Detailed Description
  • Our team from the Rotterdam School of Management took part in the CEMS Responsible Leadership Challenge and won 1st place.

In our role as consultants we delivered a CSR strategy to Alsea, a Mexican franchise doing business across Latin America and Spain. We analysed the competitive landscape of the industry and did a materiality analysis based on the impact of key material issues for Alsea and its stakeholders. Based on our findings, we proposed value-adding solutions that would improve environmental, social and economic performance. We introduced a supplier code of conduct, implemented specific employee & labour guidelines to protect workers rights, optimised waste & energy management and addressed corruption to make Alsea's operations more transparent. Finally, we assessed the potential risks of the new strategy and suggested proactive steps to counteract them.
