In charge of the security strategy to be implemented in new emergencies operations around the world, in high risk environment to protect UNICEF staff, assets and operations, and to secure the delivery of the programs.
Advise the Unicef senior representative in country, on the security rules to be applied and define the security operating procedures.
Provide deep security analysis on the operating context, work closely with UNDSS to define the security measures to be deployed.
