- Contribute and assist in developing company’s operations strategy, tactics, long, mid, and short-term forecasting and overall efforts to continually improve performance through operations analysis. Expected use of responsible authority and excellent communications to profitably expand company. Manage key elements of the company’s operational performance required to meet both customer and financial expectations.
- Contribute and assist in developing company’s operations strategy, tactics, long, mid, and short-term forecasting and overall efforts to continually improve performance through operations analysis. Manage key elements of the company’s operational performance required to meet both customer and financial expectations. Develop the frame work of accountability of the group.
- Directs the development and installation of procedures and controls, to promote communication and adequate information flow, and thereby solidify management control and direction of the enterprise.
- Develops and establishes operating and security policies consistent with the CEO’s broad policies and objectives and insures their adequate execution. Appraises and evaluates the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and reports these results to the CEO.
