  • For my second year in Continental I was nominated as a high performing candidate and was given the opportunity to relocate to work in the UK sales office. I was placed in the Key Account Management team working closely with the local Sales Managers, I was directly dealing with Ford Europe customer relationships and operational projects:For my second year in Continental I got the opportunity to work in the UK office.   • Responsibilities Include:
    • In charge of the Budget 2016-2020 planning sales, volumes and prices
    • In charge of finance expenses for APC (Advanced Propulsion Centre, a project between the UK government and Continental to develop new propulsion engines). Quarterly reports to track expenses and meet the budget.
    • Negotiating 2016 R&D budget with Ford Motor Company for €15m.
    • Participating in price 2015 negotiations with Ford. Preparing simulations on price proposals to ensure profitable sales.
  • Achievements are:
    • Negotiating no reduction in R&D budget with Ford as the previous year after reduction proposal from the customer.
