In charge of sales globally for Automotive Sensors (Europe, Asia, North America) Responsible for all major OEM customers. I handle and respond to multiple quotes per week. The quotes need to be handled in a timely and professional way ensuring both internal and external customer needs are met. Within the automotive team there are more than 40 account managers, I ensure I am in regular contact with them to discuss customer requirements and maintain up to date pricing and volumes of current projects:
Responsibilities Include: • Responding to quotations with the team: Leading meetings to set deadlines and delegating tasks. Tracking status of all pending quotes and following them up to the completion. • Marketing research for two wheelers business: analysing market opportunities and setting a plan to increase sales both with existing customers and selling our product to new customers. • Managing prices for annual negotiations with customers • Handling sales budget for the 5 year forecasts for the Sensor division • Maintaining planning volumes with manufacturing plants ensuring customers volumes can be achieved • Responsible for keeping records of R&D and tooling payments from customers
