Participated in a project which aimed to assess the potential in the Hungarian Smart Home market by analysing international trends, consulting the key players and conducting a customer survey.
As the member of the Risk Management Team, I was responsible for collecting and analysing portfolio data and preparing weekly and monthly preliminary reports. Achievement: Created new, customizable converting and planning templates which were used then by the entire team.
