Greeted and advised canditates on their arrival. Managed incoming and outgoing calls regarding: temps, clients, head office, other agencies, corporate and administrative partners.
Recruitment : established on-line job postings, consulted CVs on job boards, monitored and updated job ads, classified and selected candidates, conducted job interviews, registered candidates on the agency's database.
Profile sectors: logistics, manufacturing, mass retailing, clothing, and many more.
Extensive daily use of software including "Anaël", compiled records, monitored the signing and return of employment contracts, enveloped contracts and pay slips, ensured temp files remained up-to-date.
