Kurt is an energetic entrepreneur with a strong vision on product- and business development. His broad experience in technology, commercial functions and businesses allow him to quickly capture business processes and opportunities. During his career Kurt acquired strong agile skills and became strong believer in agile environments and agile methodologies. Agile, if properly implemented, can be applied, with success, in multiple disciplines going from agile business, agile marketing till agile implementation. As a facilitator, motivator, Kurt is helping companies to implement the innovative mindset. Innovation is a 'skill' which is not always present in companies since it it not in their DNA.
In the beginning of his career Kurt started as a software developer within the Microsoft stack. His first development experience was VB 2.0. Early 2000 Kurt introduced Microsoft .NET at his former employer. As from 2000, Kurt fulfilled more analytical and managerial roles like competence center leader with a team of 30 developers.
