➢ Maintaining 10 factories production and reporting to the senior manager and managing director. ➢ Planning styles as per the slots available. ➢ Machine arrangement based on the factory request respective to styles 12 ➢ Follow up factories for efficient for production ➢ Sorting up production issues related to package send to factory ➢ Arranging samples for forthcoming styles ➢ Shipment schedule status ➢ Supervising production process ➢ Correlating with the factories to meet the production on particular shipment date. ➢ Correlating with the purchase department for procurement of material from the suppliers as per the monthly sales plan ➢ Preparation of monthly production plan as per the sales plan received from the customers ➢ Monthly planning of the production quantity and preparing the weekly production plan as per the monthly production plan. ➢ Analysing production and rejection analysis by using charts
