- ➢Managed Implementation Phases including Project preparation, business requirement gathering, GAP Analysis, FRICE Creation, Solution design, Cutover, Realization Customization and Configuration using Solution Manager, Project Integration and user acceptance testing.
➢ Manage the IT and consulting resource of 11 member project team.
➢ Established project skill requirement matrix and led project resources on boarding efforts.
➢ Collaborated with business process owners to ensure on-time completion of deliverables and verify that tasks on project critical path were on track as per plan.
➢ Developing work plan and coordinating the activities of the project team and managing project planning, controlling, monitoring and scheduling.
➢ Established and maintained close working relationship with all project stakeholders and consultant to ensure alignment between solution been delivered to business goal.
➢ Managing the relationship with onsite/offshore process team and ensuring project delivery within stipulated timelines.
