About Me
I am Amrita Kumar, I completed B.Tech-Food Technology from Amity University, Noida, looking for an exciting and challenging job opportunity in food industry. During the course of my 4 year study, I have completed 3 Internships and have been exposed to the Quality Department, Food Processing and the Microbiological Testing.

I have excellent communication skills and excel working under tight deadlines. I am adaptable, detail oriented and have a strong academic background. Apart from studies, I also participated in various extra-curricular activities and was the Captain of the Kho Kho team and WON the Super Achiever Award in 2016. As a team player with a strong foundation, thirst for knowledge and imbibed skills, am confident that I have the capability to meet organizational needs.

I have the following additional qualifications:

1.Obtained CLIP (Certified Lead Implementer Professional) certification, after completing Food Safety Management Systems Professional Training from BSI.

2.Also awarded SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT by BSI.

  • Primary responsibility is to ensure quality compliance as per European standards for the organic spices. Also guide suppliers about quality testing and certification required for export purposes.
  • Necessary Quality Documents to meet the BRC standards.
