Learn to deal with high intensity work with a lot of different tasks to deal with simultaniously. We have trips with up to 99 passengers that expect high class service, good food and drinks.I work both in the kitchen, in the bar, as a waitress, I clean (before, during and after events), as well as other tasks for the boats' daily operations. I enjoy working in a hectic environment with diverse work tasks!

Having the role of project manager at this completely new event was a challenge as there were no previous experience nor mentoring.
