The duration of course was of five and a half academic years. Subjects of graduation included Part I - Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Pathology, Introduction to Clinical medicine. Part II - Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Forensic Medicine, Community Medicine. Part III- Medicine ( including Dermatology, Psychiatry) , General Surgery( including Radiology, Orthopaedics, Anesthesiology) , Obstretics and Gynaecology( including Family Planning) and Paediatrics.
